so after a tiring day at college, we had..
THE GREAT GATSBY BASH! :D

for those who have no clue what this is, its NOT the hair gel nonsense! The Great Gatsby is a novel written my Fitzgerald, about the new American dream(materialism) n how it ruins relationships and Americaaaa! there are many diff relationships between the characters in the novel!

Tom is married to Daisy ( married each other for $ and status )
Myrtle is married to Wilson ( average blokes )
Jordan and Nick start dating
Gatsby is Daisy's old lover who's still absolutely in love with her though she's married
Tom cheats, with Myrtle! * jeng jeng jeng! lol *
Gatsby pursues Daisy, Daisy leads him on, and uses him to get revenge on Tom for cheating!

yeaa.. short summary for u peeps :P haha so all english 4U and some lecturers joined the TGG bash, recreating the 1920's! we dressed up as different characters in the book! :D awesome stuff! i had so much fun! :) and thanks to mummy and our wonderful tailor, i loved my white outfit! :D almost everyone looked stunning in their 1920's outfit! all around, an awesome day, i must say!
